Design Review Meetings: These meetings take place the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. The location is determined prior to each meeting; please reach out to Kendra Boos for the location at email@example.com.
To be placed on the agenda, all submittals must be received by Monday, the week prior to the meeting.
Owners of privately owned amenities adjacent to or in direct line of sight of an applicant’s property may request to see a copy of the submittal materials from the DRC office. All submittal materials must remain in the DRC office.

When preparing to build, please contact the DRC for a list of Approved Architects/Designers. All designers and builders must go through an application process and if approved, attend an Orientation Class prior to the acceptance of any document submittals.
